1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thegaminglab.io and all content, accounts, features, and services we provide (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, or by creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site, and the "Last Updated" date below will change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• It is not a fake, paid, incentivized, or operator-submitted review designed to manipulate ratings.

We moderate User Content and may edit, refuse, or remove any submission at our discretion — particularly content we reasonably believe is fake, manipulative, abusive, or in breach of these Terms. We are not obligated to publish or retain any User Content, and the opinions in User Content are those of the users, not The Gaming Lab.

8. Points and Rewards Program

The Site may allow registered users to earn points through participation (such as submitting reviews or other qualifying activity) and to redeem points for rewards in our redemption store. The following terms apply to all points and rewards:

• No cash value. Points are a promotional loyalty mechanic only. They have no monetary value, are not currency, are not a financial product, and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, or willed to another person.
• Not gambling. Earning or redeeming points does not involve any wager, stake, or chance of monetary loss. It is not a gambling activity.
• We control the rules. We may set, change, or discontinue earning rates, redemption costs, reward availability, and program rules at any time, with or without notice. We may correct point balances affected by error, fraud, or system fault.
• Anti-abuse. Points obtained through fraud, manipulation, multiple accounts, automated means, or any breach of these Terms may be voided, and the associated account may be suspended. Our determination of abuse is final.

Reward Redemptions

• Rewards (whether virtual or physical) are subject to availability and may be substituted with an item of comparable value or withdrawn at any time.

15. Governing Law and Disputes
